Alan Salazar, CEO of Denver Water. He served as Chief of Staff to Gov. Hickenlooper, Mayor Hancock, and Congressman Mark Udall — and as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Romer.

Participation in the Bighorn Leadership Program will guide you in the steps to getting more engaged, whether it’s running for office or simply serving your local community in a greater capacity.
Founded in 2001 as part of the Bighorn Center for Public Policy, and the program aims to identify potential and current leaders, providing them with the training to become actively engaged in public policy and the political process.
